Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms. By engaging the services of CodeLogicWorks, located at Calle de la Diputacion 20, 48008 Bilbao, Spain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services. CodeLogicWorks provides web development, custom client portal development, dynamic web service creation, database architecture, performance optimization, and related technical services as described in individual project proposals.

3. Project Proposals. Each project begins with a detailed proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Proposals become binding agreements upon written acceptance by both parties.

4. Payment Terms. Invoices are issued according to the payment schedule agreed in the project proposal. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for deliverables are transferred to the client. CodeLogicWorks retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary code patterns acquired during the project.

6. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability. CodeLogicWorks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination. Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed proportionally.

9. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bilbao, Spain.

Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help us understand how you use our site and improve your experience.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility. CodeLogicWorks, based at Calle de la Diputacion 20, 48008 Bilbao, Spain, offers refunds in accordance with European consumer protection regulations and the following terms.

2. Pre-Project Deposits. Deposits paid before project commencement are refundable in full if cancelled within 48 hours of payment. After 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable as resources are allocated.

3. In-Progress Projects. For projects cancelled mid-execution, payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date, calculated proportionally based on the agreed project milestones.

4. Completed Deliverables. Payments for completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable. If a deliverable does not meet the specifications outlined in the accepted project proposal, CodeLogicWorks will revise the work at no additional cost within 14 days.

5. Subscription Services. Monthly or recurring services may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. No refund is issued for the current billing period, but no further charges will apply.

6. Dispute Resolution. Refund disputes should be directed to [email protected]. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant consumer protection authority in Spain.

7. Processing. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
